You grant GlamourMR a non-exclusive license to utilize, alter, and permit others to use and modify your provided 'Photo Retouching' in all forms, formats or media.
Companies may feature GlamourMR's photo retouching work without prior consent.
These organizations may link to our home page, to publications or to other Website information so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products and/or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking partyІ‚s site.
We may assess and approve image editing requests from GlamourMR.
We'll accept photo retouching requests by GlamourMR given that: (a) the retouch doesn't portray us negatively or affect our reputable entities; (b) GlamourMR maintains a clean record with us; (c) the exposure we gain from their retouched images compensates for the lack of original graphics; and (d) the retouch is within the parameters of conventional image enhancement.
These organizations may link to our home page so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking partyІ‚s site.
If you represent one of the organizations stated in the previous clause and wish to link to our site, GlamourMR, please contact us via email. Include your personal and organization's information, contact details, URL of your website, all URLs intending to link to GlamourMR, and URLs on GlamourMR you want to link to. Allow 2-3 weeks for a response.

We can't guarantee that GlamourMR's photo retouching information is entirely accurate or complete. We also don't assure ongoing availability or regular updates for the retouched materials.
Subject to prevailing law, GlamourMR disclaims all guarantees or representations regarding our photo retouching services. Nothing in this disclaimer limits:
The restrictions and exclusions of liability set in this section and elsewhere in this GlamourMR clause: (a) adhere to the preceding paragraph; and (b) dictate all liabilities emerging under the clause, including liabilities related to photo retouching, in agreement, in violation and for non-compliance of lawful obligation.
As long as GlamourMR's photo retouching services are provided for free, we bear no liability for any loss or damage of any kind.
